Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused products in original packaging. Please contact support to initiate a return.

How do I return a defective or damaged product?

If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault covered under warranty, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll guide you through the return or replacement process.
